Spring Performance - DVD Project

The Advanced Choruses of Mill Creek High School presented their 2006 spring performance titled Turn Your Radio On. The 2-hour program showcased a wide array of material, ranging from post-depression era gospel music all the way to classic rock and current pop and R&B tunes.

DVD available for sale in late May by the Mill Creek High School Chorus. Proceeds from DVD sales will benefit the chorus in its endeavor to provide a learning and enriching environment for the students. Please contact Choral Director Carol Jordan for pre-order/purchasing information.

Project Breakdown:

Two-camera video shoot in Anamorphic 16:9 using Canon GL-2 camcorders;
DV footage imported and edited in Final Cut Studio; creation of title slugs; final edited DV sequences exported via Compressor to highest quality mpeg-2 video streams and Dolby AC3 audio; track assembly, menu creation, and DVD authoring in DVD Studio Pro. Closing credit roll to be composited in Motion.
